  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
